Great stay, as always. It was an excellent location and the staff was loyal. Shops and supermarket, everything you need is really close to the hotel.
That bath mat was missing.
-
Staff and views were good, and the public parking was provided. In the evening we visited La Cantine de la Cigale it was nearby. Great place for one night, recommended.
-
great way to end our weekend. located in a lovely area. plus, this hotel is 4 km from centre of the city.
There was no aircond. Bathroom wet. The bed was small.
-
Breakfast was simple and delicious. The roof terrace is simply a dream. Rooms were clean except for the stains on the carpet which are probably not so easy to get out anymore. When the window is closed, the room is very quiet with double glazing. The hotel was also very quiet. It was wonderful to sleep in.
Stains on the carpet. Pillow was uncomfortable, too high and too hard.
-
Super hotel with breathtaking location.
-
The breakfast was sufficient, unfortunately there was no offer for salmon, trout filet for bread rolls. Also, apart from croissants and small sweet pastries, there were no real rolls or bread. Otherwise you could be satisfied.
Offer of bread, salmon, trout fillet, also possibly a larger selection of sausage, ham

Good location, nice roof terrace, many small shops, restaurants and bistros. Rooms to the courtyard are quiet.
-
The roof terrace was great. Great view over Paris. I've been in a great place!!!!!
-
Super location, central, great view from the roof terrace.

The location of the hotel was particularly good. The hotel is in between 2 metro stations which run every 2minutes in the daytime. The restaurants aroung the area of the hotel are very reasonable. You can also see both the eiffel tower and the sacre coure from the hotel, it has a spectacular view.
Th ejunior suite we stayed in could have been reddecorated to match the rest of the hotel. The wallpaper was quite old and bubbly in areas, and the carpet a bit grubby. I particularly did not like the blankets on the bed. In this day and age I think a quilt would be a much better idea.

Good location , rooms size good...helpful staff a good hotel lovely roof top terrace...

Perfect location for gigs at Le Trianon. Vibey area, plenty of good places to eat / drink nearby. Although main road busy, I had top floor room at back at hotel with nice views over Paris rooftops & got peaceful night's sleep. Good value for Paris - tea, coffee making stuff in room + fridge. Recommended!

Good size room and clean, good location
As there were a small number of people staying at the hotel during January, breakfast options appeared to be fewer than previous visits - but that's all!
-
The central location, cleanliness, helpful staff, reasonable price (if you take the non-refundable option) which includes breakfast - highly unusual for France, as was the coffee and tea in the room, the view of Sacre Coeur in Montmartre as I opened the curtains in the morning, the fact that they re-opened the bar for us when we returned late from dinner
The pillows !! It was like trying to sleep on a bag full of rocks. Please change!

Carlton's was a very pleasant hotel in a good location for the local area and not too far from other popular locations. The room was clean, quiet and well ordered. The inclusive breakfast was very good too and the roof terrace was very impressive with great views of Paris. Very happy to recommend.
Cannot think of anything at all. Some visitors mention the small lift but that's normal for Paris and there's a larger one at the rear of the hotel!
